The Magistrate Court of Fulton County will be offering wedding ceremonies by appointment every Thursday from 12:30-2:30pm. If you are seeking to get married, reserve your wedding through Calendly or Maggie, our Chatbot. Marriage ceremonies are free to Fulton County residents.

To take part in this FREE service, Participants must:                           - Wear masks                                                                                       - Limit Guests to no more than 8 people; and                                    - Bring a valid marriage license and state-issued ID.

Valentine's Day Weddings for Fulton County Residents 

Chief Magistrate Judge Cassandra Kirk and the Magistrate Court of Fulton County joined Ali Events to offer and to support the Court's FREE Second Annual Valentine's Day Wedding Service, Day of Love 2022. This event was to further the court's mission to provide a no cost wedding option on Valentine's Day while partnering with local vendors.

Day of Love

By appointment, the Magistrate Judges are available to perform marriage ceremonies Monday through Thursday (limited spacing). Please contact magistrate.wed@fultoncountyga.gov or 404-613-9071 for availability.  Couples must have valid marriage license from Probate Court prior to scheduling wedding ceremony.
