Linda Borsky was appointed to the Fulton County Magistrate Court bench in June 2017.
Judge Borsky comes to the bench with over thirty (30) years of litigation experience.
In her early career, she joined the Washington, DC law firm of Gilman & Pangia where she handled high profile aviation air crash litigation, product liability cases and regulatory compliance matters. She then went on to serve as in-house counsel for Continental Express and Fed Ex. Thereafter, she returned to private practice where she handles personal injury and business litigation matters.
As an active member of the legal community, Judge Borsky serves on the Board of Directors of the North Fulton Bar and as Co-Chair of the Multi-Bar Leadership Council.
Judge Borsky has been actively engaged in community service, having served on the Board of Directors of Children’s Restoration Network and Big Brothers of the National Capital Area. She currently volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
Judge Borsky earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and her law degree from Emory University School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Virginia and the District of Columbia Bar.
