Judge Wolf has served as Fulton County Magistrate Judge since his appointment in 2018. Before his appointment, he was a litigator in the Magistrate, State, and Superior Courts of Georgia for twenty six years, including eighteen years as Fulton County Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney, four years as Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney, and three years as Cobb County Assistant Solicitor-General.
Judge Wolf has served as faculty member for the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia Basic Litigation course, graduated from the Train the Trainers program, and taught law enforcement and lawyers throughout the State of Georgia on matters of criminal law and trial procedure.
Judge Wolf was born and raised in Fulton County, having graduated from North Springs High School and earned the rank of Eagle Scout as a member of Troop 463 in Sandy Springs. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University with honors and law degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of the National Moot Court team.
Judge Wolf is committed to the Atlanta community. He is a Leadership Atlanta graduate and former civic association president, NPU volunteer, and Buckhead reDefined board member. He is a STRAP troubled youth mentor, Boy Scout Atlanta Area Council Westside Initiative volunteer, and belongs to Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta.
