Before her appointment to the Fulton County Magistrate Court, Judge Caudle practiced with the international firm Jones Day from 2004 to 2015 and litigated a variety of corporate litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country. Judge Caudle was admitted to the firm’s partnership in 2012.

In addition to her active litigation practice, Judge Caudle also was committed to the greater Atlanta community. She served as partner-in-charge of Jones Day Atlanta’s award-winning pro bono practice; a past member of the board of directors of the Junior League of Atlanta; a past co-chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Corporate and Securities Litigation Subsection; and an officer and director of Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. Judge Caudle received the Woodruff Arts Center’s Charles Yates Outstanding Volunteer Award (2013), was named to “On the Rise” by the Fulton County Daily Report (2013), and is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Atlanta.

Before entering private practice, Judge Caudle served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Marvin H. Shoob, United States District Court, from 2002 to 2004. In 2007, Judge Caudle was selected to be the inaugural Jones Day Fellow at Atlanta Legal Aid Society. As a Fellow, she left her corporate practice for four months to serve in the general law unit of Legal Aid’s Southside office.

Judge Caudle is a graduate of Wake Forest University (B.A. cum laude 1996) and the University of Mississippi School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude 2002). She lives with her family in Atlanta.
