He served the U.S. Department of State for 18 months as a Justice Advisor in the Justice Sector Support Program in Afghanistan, teaching and mentoring Afghan judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys and Criminal Investigation Division officers in the Rule of Law program for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, until he was promoted to Technical Director. A large portion of his tenure as a public defender was in the Complex and Non-Complex Divisions of Fulton County Superior Court, when he worked with the Conflict Defender’s Atlanta office.

Just before attending the University Of Georgia School Of Law, Frazier was elected to the Royston, Georgia, City Counsel, where he chaired the Police, Fire, Ambulance and Cemetery Committees. Before earning a journalism degree from the University of Georgia, Frazier was a newspaper editor – The (Royston) NEWS Leader and The Cedartown (Ga.) While a solo practitioner, Frazier taught Civil Litigation to Registered Nurses as a part of the Legal Nurse Consulting Program and a variety of criminal and civil law courses to paralegal students at The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta.

Frazier was a contributing author of the 1989 edition of the legal treatise Georgia Automobile Insurance Law / Revised Edition (Harrison Co.), and he has lectured at various Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Seminars.

Frazier has been an active volunteer in his community, serving as a Committee Member and Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts of America and as a Coach for the Georgia Mock Trial Competition at Chattahoochee High School, Alpharetta.

Frazier’s son, Daniel, 26, is a Georgia Tech graduate and a photographer and a videographer for Kimberly-Clark’s professional division. He’s worked as First Assistant Cameraman for projects for Coca-Cola and he’s filmed a number of music videos.
