Fulton County is currently experiencing a county wide IT outage which affects multiple systems. The County along with the Department of Information Technology is working diligently to address the issue. Unfortunately, as a result, essential customer service functions will be affected. Currently, we are unable to accept phone calls and/or interact with Odyssey, the case management system.

The Magistrate Court of Fulton County will remain open and will continue to hear cases. We urge you to come to court as your case has been scheduled. Technology solutions like Zoom may remain available for hybrid calendars.

Our 24 hour/7 day a week Electronic Warrant service remains operational.

First Appearance hearings will occur in person at the Jail, located at 901 Rice Street, Atlanta, GA until further notice.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this outage may have caused and thank you for your understanding. The Magistrate Court remains committed to serving you during these challenging times.
