Fulton County recognizes and observes the listed holidays. All employees of the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, except as shall be necessary to conduct the business of the court, specifically for EWI and First Appearance/Detention calendars as determined by the Chief Magistrate Judge of this court, are excused from work on this holiday. Magistrate Court will still hold First Appearance and EWI today.
